Clean and install the two Zebra connectors. Cut and install two strips of three layers of the double sided tape next to the two zebra connectors. Don't remove the last paper layer covering the adhesive. You don't want the tape sticking to the LCD driver board. Insert 12 pan head screws until they just touch the driver board. Then tighten each a half turn at a time to squeeze the zebra connectors. |

Install the bottom PC card in to the three-sided box. Tighten 4 screws. Put the front cover on with 4 screws. Connect the ribbon cable to the bottom PC card. Install the CPU board into the edge connector and tighten 2 screws. Put a layer of the clear plastic on the bottom cover to protect the circuitry from shorting out. Put the rotary knobs on and tighten down with special spanner wrench. Insert the power cable you made previously and turn the unit on. |
