I have a Dragonfly canopy with a light gray tint. I was one in the group purchase that was made about a year back. Here is the canopy sitting on the fuselage for the first time. The rough texture on the canopy is the protective covering that is on the inside and outside .The Dragonfly Canopy is available from Slipstream Industries. |

A one inch border of the protective layer was removed around the perimeter of the canopy. A piece of 60 grit sandpaper was used to roughen up the surface so the epoxy had something to grip to. |

A wood and foam canopy frame
was placed on the fuselage. The foam had an angled groove cut into it
with a table saw. Two small holes were drilled into each side of the canopy
in this border. A piece of safety wire was tied across the fuselage to
keep the canopy from bowing outward while the glue was drying. Three ratchet
straps were used to clamp the canopy down and hold the rear piece of foam
on.
