IT WORKS!!!

Do the few tests with the voltmeter and adjust your pots. Install the long screw and the two circlips that hold it in. Put the top cover on.
Time to burn it in with some bench time, freezer time, and a hot box. Stressing the unit this way will show any component that would most likely fail.
My unit currently has 48 hours on the bench and 12 in the freezer. I need to build my hot box and start cooking my unit. (But not over 149 degrees.)
While the unit is being stressed you can build the few sensors included with the kit.
This is the ammeter sensor. Not too much to this soldering stuff now, is there?

The Oil Pressure and Fuel Pressure senders that come with the kit are from VDO instruments. The last two sensors included in the kit are the outside air temp probe and oil temp probe. I also purchased the optional carb temp sensor. Other sensors you may want are the Westach CHT and EGT thermocouples (approximately $20 each from Westach).
I have a 6 position dual rotary switch to select the cylinder I want the reading for. ($36 from Westach) I have a Powersonic back up battery coming for this unit.

I can't wait to get started on the Micro Encoder next.

Stay tuned!
