The Trymer 2000 glued in place using the spray foam. After letting it cure the clamps were removed and the front deck was sanded to shape. |

The full size CAD plot of my instrument panel was glued onto a piece of 3/8" plywood to use as a sanding reference. I had drawn this panel before I started on the fuselage. Now that is was placed in position I found out that most every thing has to move 1.5 - 2" to the right. The final width is slightly smaller than the drawing and the fresh air outlets need to be raised. |

The frontdeck was sanded very quickly. The duct tape was used as a release agent so that the fiberglass would not be permanently bonded to the fuselage. |
