The HS is using the 63009 9% symmetrical airfoil. Printed out and glued to the plywood to make the ribs. The best glue I have found for this is the 3M spray adhesiveHere is the HS spars and plywood ribs epoxied with T-88 and left to cure. |

Starting the aluminum mounting brackets. The hinges are from Dr. Deans Website. I am using 7 hinges.Remember that where there is a 1/4" ply doubler on the spar the parts change from -10 to -13.I am using the same hinge setup for the rudder and possibly the ailerons. |
