Micro Encoder Assembly

Attach the face plate to the chassis by starting the two toggle switches into their holes. Make sure to get the rotary switch's leads to go into the header block on the CPU board. Route the twisted pair wires and the ribbon cable around the switch. Use the four countersunk screws.

Plug the two twisted pair connectors into their respective header connector. Plug the ribbon cable onto it's header pins. You may have to twist it to line up.

Install the knob on the rotary switch.

Following the manual and all antistatic procedures it is time to install all the IC's.

Install the three IC's under the pressure sensor tubing first. Then you can mount the brass bulkhead fittings. Place a lockwasher on followed by a hex nut on each and tighten.
