Locate the 18 wire jumper. Insert into one of the boards at W3 from the solder side. Solder each end wire. Make sure it sits even and flush, solder the rest of the wires. Insert the other end into the other board at W3 from the solder side. Repeat soldering. Clean and inspect. |

The finished boards. Do not install the IC chips yet they come later.Locate the "U" shaped internal aluminum chassis. Attach the two boards to the chassis using the brass bulkhead fittings as a guide. Do not insert them through the holes. |

Use the small screws to mount the boards except the two holes at the front of the A/D board. There is an "L" shaped EMI shield that gets mounted there. Use two of the longer screws and lockwashers to mount it with the short leg facing forward.If you have not put RTV on the capacitor groups you can do it now. |
