I did double
check everything, didn't I? How did I screw this thing up? I followed
all the instructions to the letter. Wait a minute, let me RTFM (read the
F**king manual) again.
OH, here it is!
"Adjust the trimpot on the display board until the voltage reads
3.8 volts."
Nothing will
show up on the display before it has sufficient voltage.

There is the display, It works
now. But wait a minute, it says ERR and TBLS. An ERROR I must have really
screwed this thing up! Time to RTFM again.
Let's see, "Toggle both
the ALRT and DALT switches up at the same time."
Well let's try that.
Now it reads TEST. That sounds
better.

Whoopee!!
There is the
display I am looking for. Perhaps I didn't screw up after all.
Adjust the A/D
board voltage to exactly 4.000 volts. Check the other voltage test points.
Turn off the unit and
remove the wires. Slide the chassis into the cover and tighten the four
screws. Reconnect the wires.
ERROR again! Now what! RTFM again.

Here is my problem.
The sensor tables need to be loaded into memory. I hope you didn't throw
those two white papers away that came with the pressure sensors. Follow
the manual to load the tables and the ERROR message will go away. Now
that it works correctly, It's time to burn it in.
