Millions of jig blocks later...I'm kidding, but there were a lot of them. I made the jig blocks drilled with a countersunk drill bit to keep the screw heads below the level of the spruce members. Ahh! the end of day one of actual building. |

The next day, I finish cut and fitted all the spruce for both sides. I epoxied everything with T-88. After a few hours in the jig I pulled side one out. I put two bar clamps on the longerons to prevent springback. On to the next side. Let them set up overnight. |

Here is the result. Two identical sides hanging up on the wall. End of the second day of work. |
