Millions of jig blocks later...I'm
kidding, but there were a lot of them. I made the jig blocks drilled with
a countersunk drill bit to keep the screw heads below the level of the
spruce members. Ahh! the end of day one of actual building.

The next day, I finish cut
and fitted all the spruce for both sides. I epoxied everything with T-88.
After a few hours in the jig I pulled side one out. I put two bar clamps
on the longerons to prevent springback. On to the next side. Let them
set up overnight.

Here is the result. Two identical
sides hanging up on the wall. End of the second day of work.
