I had Dan at Knight
Hawke make me a set of aluminum pushrod tubes for my 3100cc corvair
conversion.
Don't ask him for a set just
now these have to be tested in the engine. I originally asked him for
a price to make them from my CAD drawing using aluminum tubing. When I
saw him next, they were made. I don't know a price yet either, so don't
ask.

This is the reason, they run
extremely close to the exhaust stubs in the head. They do not touch, but
the heat transfer may not be healthy for the engine. I will keep you informed
of their progress.

Here are the polyurethane
engine mount bushings I plan to use. They run about $8-10 at your local
speed shop or Pep Boys. I have a set of blue Energy
Suspension ones but they were not handy when I took the photo.
