A center arm will come off
the top joystick torque tube. A pushrod will then run to this arm mounted
to the elevator spar at the center hinge. The cross control needed is
built into this design with out any extra parts. A balance weight
will attach to the front of this control bracket.

The rudder pedals were made
from 1/8" aluminum diamond plate. The pedals were drawn in CAD, printed
and glued to the material. The holes were drilled and the pedal cut out
with the bandsaw. I bolted all four pedals together and sanded them to
the finished dimensions. They were then bent on a large sheet metal brake.
I am waiting for the 4130 tube to make the pedal arms. Bearing blocks
will be made from the extra HDPE material that I have.

Here is the rudder control
horn. It is incorporated with the lowest hinge of the rudder. 1/8"
SS 7 x 19 cable has forked ends swaged on to the rudder end. The pedal
end will terminate with a turnbuckle and nicopress end. The rudder cables
will run on the centerline of the airframe with the elevator pushrod and
aileron torque tube. Everything covered with an armrest.
